About Lin Grosvenor
ART FU
Itinerant image hunter/gatherer/prestidigitator, with an eye for what pleases me... also perhaps one or two others.
Vocation: Photographer errant, sedentary sketch artist, cyber graphics tinkerer, fool.
Specializing in everything (honest), but favoring Impressionistic Modern (my term), real scenes and whimsy.
My sole criterion for selection of an image for inclusion here is that I be pleased to share it with others. I make no effort to make any art product appealing to everyone, so, if you think something is not your cup of tea, just meander along through my other offerings.
If you find nothing appealing here, that's OK, too; there are oodles of good stuff on FAA.
Additional Information: I am the Current Arbiter of the Treaty of Amity, Commerce, and Navigation & the rightful King of France by virtue of my title, both inherit and bestowed: Earl of Lower Fingering.
PP observed, "Art is a lie that makes us realize truth", but that was not the half of it. JHM opined "Well, Art is Art, isn't it? Still, on the other hand, water is water. And east is east and west is west and if you take cranberries and stew them like applesauce they taste much more like prunes than rhubarb does. Now you tell me what you know."
Also provided: Epigrams, Ceremonies, Decisions, Pontifical Treasures; sorry, no motifs.
